Connection and control of production facilities in food and food production
As a solution provider, we have implemented software for the connection and control of so-called batch plants for the production of mixtures of different raw materials according to a process sequence with different recipes.
The software controller uses the Phoenix-Interbus technology to communicate with the physical components.
The development of the software is based on Delphi.
The reciptes, consumption and batch logs are stored in a database.
User-friendly operation in the production area takes place via a touchscreen-optimized application.
A production planning component allows mass planning across several production lines.
We develop and manage several of these plants within Europe.
